I spend an inordinate amount of time deciding which recipes to share.
My biggest problem is that there are so many recipes I want to share, things that get me doing the jiggy because it’s so good but then before I dash off to film and photograph the recipe, I pause and think – will my readers get excited about this too?? Will they really go and try this?
It’s always interesting when I publish a new recipe to see how many people read it. After 4 years of blogging (that’s middle aged in Internet terms!), you’d think I’d be able to get it right 100% of the time.
And mostly, I can.
I knew you’d love the Sticky Honey Mustard Drumsticks and go bonkers over the Pad Thai and Tikka Masala. I didn’t expect you’d be clamouring for the Quiche Lorraine or Avocado Dip, and I guessed right. 🙂
But other times, you surprise me! I did not expect such an amazing response to the Homemade Pastrami from last Friday, nor that the Garlic Butter Kale Rice would become such a firm favourite!
And after all those hours of contemplating what recipes I think you want, it finally dawned on me: Why don’t I ask you??
DUH!
And so, here we are. Finally – because it took me so ridiculously to arrive at this point – FINALLY I’m asking you:

No banana anything! It’s the only normal thing I can’t stand. Awful, smelly, slimy things that they are!?

I obviously can’t promise that I’ll share every recipe requested, being that I’m just one person who does need to sleep on occasion! But I’ll certainly share the most requested ones, and I’ll regularly pop back here when I’m planning my recipe calendar.

Could you please publish a recipe for as healthy as possible sausage rolls or a vegetarian version such as spinach and ricotta, including the timing for party versions? Thank you.
Would you be able to make any Hakka recipe? It is not available everywhere in Canada yet (only in main city) and it so delicious. I have yet to find any good recipes online…
Have you ever done a recipe for Feijoada? It is Brazil’s national dish and I recently had it for the 1st time at restaurant Bronte Belo…INSANELY GOOD and perfect for colder months. If you haven’t, I would suggest visiting and maybe trying to make it yourself! I always love your recipes and would love to give it a go myself but don’t know where to start! Thanks 🙂

Love your recipes, but would also love a “Cheesy Rice”, similar (a copycat version) to the “Continental Cheesy Rice”, which can be purchased from Australian supermarkets.
Please make roman white pinsa really fluffy especially on top full of air holes. Yum

Or dry chili chicken (strips of chicken in the crunchiest chili batter coating deep fried – just enough chili heat /hit to know your alive – so good.
(A restaurant called Wah Hing in Adelaide South Australia does the best version)

Please I’d love a recipe for Hungarian Chicken Paprikash! Pure brown comfort food, a bit of mild heat, with sour cream for good measure. Was my favourite childhood meal at Grandma’s house.
Lakewood thai in Marysville Wa serves this absolutely incredible, “Fancy Avocado Duck in an avocado green curry sauce that I just want to bathe in… It is that freaking good. The duck is so moist and tender and not greasy at all, and the sauce… There are no words to describe it. Avocado halves and bone in chunks of duck, melts in your mouth. Can you find out how they do it?

Moussaka balls
I just saw on a post from a restaurant that really isn’t my favourite . They had moussaka balls. They looked a little like arancini and deep fried. They sound amazing and know that every thing you make and share recipes for is beyond amazing. I feel obnoxious asking for anything given your generosity but if you ever felt inspired I know that you could work your magic. Thank you .
