More to come! Lots, lots, lots more…. – Nagi x

Request a recipe!
I spend an inordinate amount of time deciding which recipes to share.
My biggest problem is that there are so many recipes I want to share, things that get me doing the jiggy because it’s so good but then before I dash off to film and photograph the recipe, I pause and think – will my readers get excited about this too?? Will they really go and try this?
It’s always interesting when I publish a new recipe to see how many people read it. After 4 years of blogging (that’s middle aged in Internet terms!), you’d think I’d be able to get it right 100% of the time.
And mostly, I can.
I knew you’d love the Sticky Honey Mustard Drumsticks and go bonkers over the Pad Thai and Tikka Masala. I didn’t expect you’d be clamouring for the Quiche Lorraine or Avocado Dip, and I guessed right. 🙂
But other times, you surprise me! I did not expect such an amazing response to the Homemade Pastrami from last Friday, nor that the Garlic Butter Kale Rice would become such a firm favourite!

And after all those hours of contemplating what recipes I think you want, it finally dawned on me: Why don’t I ask you??
DUH!
And so, here we are. Finally – because it took me so ridiculously to arrive at this point – FINALLY I’m asking you:
WHAT RECIPES DO YOU WANT ME TO SHARE?
Drop your requests in the comments section below!
Be as specific or as general as you want. I just ask 2 simple things:
-
Please do a quick little Search to see if I’ve already shared it!
-
No banana anything! It’s the only normal thing I can’t stand. Awful, smelly, slimy things that they are!?
{UPDATE: Scroll to the top for a list of requested recipes that I have published!}
I obviously can’t promise that I’ll share every recipe requested, being that I’m just one person who does need to sleep on occasion! But I’ll certainly share the most requested ones, and I’ll regularly pop back here when I’m planning my recipe calendar.

LIFE OF DOZER
Hairdresser appointments are always extremely productive – I get my highlights and make recipe videos. Dozer gets his pats.

Can you do a shrimp toast recipe? I am looking for a deep fried shrimp toast made with minced shrimp and whole shrimp sliced lengthwise on the top.
Ooh! I actually have that recipe 🙂 It’s on my list! N x
Could we have a GF raspberry friand recipe , thats dairy free as well?
Raspberry friands are in the works right now! N x
Thai coconut fish would be great. It’s deep fried fish bites with a coconut batter that includes grated coconut. I have had it at restaurants before but no idea how to make it. So delicious
Hi Nagi,
You are fantastic! Thank you for doing what you do. I love a good banana bread and the best one I’ve had is from a little french bakery in Singapore, Their banana bread is moist, light, and has a beautiful caramelised maple-syrupy, (but not too sweet) finish to it. If you have a banana bread recipe, I would be super grateful. Thank you! (I noticed someone has requested for banana cake below.)
Would love to see some romantic dinner/lunch recipes!
A vanilla slice recipe with vanilla icing would be great!!
thank you 🙂
You are not the first one to ask for that! It is on the potential list!! N x
There’s this noodle soup that everyone eats for breakfast in Guangxi Province in China and it’s just next level awesomeness… It’s literally just called Guilin mifan (Guilin noodles). Rice noodles, pickled vegetables, braised meat, coriander, scallions, chilli and this brown gravy/sauce with broth (no idea what they use).
Do you have a recipe for an ENDMAME DIP or any recipes using them please ?
Crab Cakes with real crab from the refrigerator section or seafood department…and a sauce to go with them.
Do you have a recipe for Thai Pung Na Kung (prawn and chicken toast)
No I don’t! Will add that to the suggestion box! N x
Frango piri piri burgers (the branch in petersham) would be a god send recipe!!
Could you pretty please post a no fail loh mai kai recipe
Hi! Would love your recipe for nihari and also for middle eastern flavoured lamb ribs (can you tell I’ve been watching masterchef Australia 😁) I’ve made so so many meals of yours since I found RTE and they’ve just been fab altogether, thank you so much for the time and effort you put into all the recipes!! From a very grateful reader in Ireland
Can we have a laksa paste recipe please?
Noted! N x
Hi Nagi! Thank you for your wonderful recipes that have honestly transformed my cooking. Prior to finding your blog I genuinely could not cook anything from scratch without tears and tantrums. My adult partner was recently transformed into a child again recently when we had a homemade wagon wheel from a cafe. I would like to see a wagon wheel recreation recipe! 🙂
Oh wow! Yes that could be very tasty! N x
Hi Nagi, my toddlers have been devouring ham and cheese croissants. I would love to be able to make something like them from scratch at home. Do you have any ideas?
Though not a croissant, try the ham and cheese roll ups made with puff pastry! 🙂 N x
Pandan cake please. I know you’re gonna nail it as always!
Thanks for the suggestion! N x
I would love a Polish Bigos recipe. A good quality spaghetti carbonara. A Saag Aloo. I would also love it if you could create a vegetarian collection on your website menu – I often have to cater vege and would be great if there was a go-to category! 🙂
Carbonara is coming! But it’s a real one 🙂 It’s the BEST!!! I haven’t actually heard of Saag Aloo, must look it up! N x
Amazing! A real one is definitely what I’m hoping for – as you’re so good at explaining the simple-complex stuff (ie chocolate mousse recipe). Saag Aloo is a spinach potato side dish served in Indian restaurants – will go great with your chicken tikka masala. Thanks Nagi. Looking forward to you book 🙂
I had an excellent salt and pepper squid yesterday, and would love your interpretation of this meal.
Thanks for the suggestion! Love that dish…need to crack it! It’s harder than it looks!! N x
I know this is bizarre but my family and I would love some South African food! Maybe something like potjiekos or melktert (milk tart). Thank you for all your effort, I love all the recipes I’ve made by you 🙂
