I spend an inordinate amount of time deciding which recipes to share.

My biggest problem is that there are so many recipes I want to share, things that get me doing the jiggy because it’s so good but then before I dash off to film and photograph the recipe, I pause and think – will my readers get excited about this too?? Will they really go and try this?

It’s always interesting when I publish a new recipe to see how many people read it. After 4 years of blogging (that’s middle aged in Internet terms!), you’d think I’d be able to get it right 100% of the time.

And mostly, I can.

I knew you’d love the Sticky Honey Mustard Drumsticks and go bonkers over the Pad Thai and Tikka Masala. I didn’t expect you’d be clamouring for the Quiche Lorraine or Avocado Dip, and I guessed right. 🙂

But other times, you surprise me! I did not expect such an amazing response to the Homemade Pastrami from last Friday, nor that the Garlic Butter Kale Rice would become such a firm favourite!

And after all those hours of contemplating what recipes I think you want, it finally dawned on me: Why don’t I ask you?? 

DUH!

And so, here we are. Finally – because it took me so ridiculously to arrive at this point – FINALLY I’m asking you:

Be as specific or as general as you want. I just ask 2 simple things:

  1. Please do a quick little Search to see if I’ve already shared it!

  2. No banana anything! It’s the only normal thing I can’t stand. Awful, smelly, slimy things that they are!?

I obviously can’t promise that I’ll share every recipe requested, being that I’m just one person who does need to sleep on occasion! But I’ll certainly share the most requested ones, and I’ll regularly pop back here when I’m planning my recipe calendar.

    It would be amazing if you could create a new category for picnic food… always on the look out for new ideas on what to pack for picnics in the park or on a boat or beach… thanks a million !!

    Hi Nagi,
    Wondering if you have created a recipe for lemon chicken that you get in nice Chinese restaurants? The one that has a light batter and the sweet/ tart lemon sauce on the side.
    This was always a fav in my house and it would be great to recreate as I love your other Chinese recipes 🙂

    Nagi, love your recipes. Recently went to an Asian Restaurant and ordered Prawns with Peking Sauce, it was so good. Any chance of getting your recipe for this dish.

      Hi.
      You have so many lovely recipes, and I cant really think of anything in particular that I’d like to know more about. But, sorry, there’s allways a but 🙂 would it be possible for you to make a vegetarian category as one of your chapters? I’d really like that. Other then that, just keep doing what you’re doing its is all great

    I would love key lime pie,
    Filled doughnuts with diff glazes,
    Chicken croquettes
    And fish cakes using tinned fish (cheap stuff lol)
    Tomorrow I’ll probably remember a ton of other stuff too 😉😂

    Would love it if you could do your food magic on a Greek dish, gigandes plaki. We always order it when we go to our face greek restaurant but too scared to make st home as you don’t have a recipe for it 😅 Please could this be added to your long list of projects 🤞🙏

    Hi Nagi,

    Last weekend I made your Whole Orange Cake and it was a hit with my (picky) family.

    My husband loves coconut flavour, so I was wondering if you maybe have a moist Coconut Cake up your sleeve as well (would be great if it was gluten and dairy free, but definitely not a necessity).

    When are you updating this page with more recipes? I’m so excited to see new ones! I was just thinking – would be great to have a recipe for Challah bread… and a recipe for veal blanquette. Also maybe fois gras and / or pate if possible?

    Could you please create a recipe for mustard sauce for Corned beef, using the corned beef water? the ones I have tried are not mustardy enough or too sweet!

      We are having corned beef tonight and I make the NZ Edmonds mustard sauce that uses the water. But I would love a Nagi perfected version too!
