More to come! Lots, lots, lots more…. – Nagi x

Request a recipe!
I spend an inordinate amount of time deciding which recipes to share.
My biggest problem is that there are so many recipes I want to share, things that get me doing the jiggy because it’s so good but then before I dash off to film and photograph the recipe, I pause and think – will my readers get excited about this too?? Will they really go and try this?
It’s always interesting when I publish a new recipe to see how many people read it. After 4 years of blogging (that’s middle aged in Internet terms!), you’d think I’d be able to get it right 100% of the time.
And mostly, I can.
I knew you’d love the Sticky Honey Mustard Drumsticks and go bonkers over the Pad Thai and Tikka Masala. I didn’t expect you’d be clamouring for the Quiche Lorraine or Avocado Dip, and I guessed right. 🙂
But other times, you surprise me! I did not expect such an amazing response to the Homemade Pastrami from last Friday, nor that the Garlic Butter Kale Rice would become such a firm favourite!

And after all those hours of contemplating what recipes I think you want, it finally dawned on me: Why don’t I ask you??
DUH!
And so, here we are. Finally – because it took me so ridiculously to arrive at this point – FINALLY I’m asking you:
WHAT RECIPES DO YOU WANT ME TO SHARE?
Drop your requests in the comments section below!
Be as specific or as general as you want. I just ask 2 simple things:
-
Please do a quick little Search to see if I’ve already shared it!
-
No banana anything! It’s the only normal thing I can’t stand. Awful, smelly, slimy things that they are!?
{UPDATE: Scroll to the top for a list of requested recipes that I have published!}
I obviously can’t promise that I’ll share every recipe requested, being that I’m just one person who does need to sleep on occasion! But I’ll certainly share the most requested ones, and I’ll regularly pop back here when I’m planning my recipe calendar.

LIFE OF DOZER
Hairdresser appointments are always extremely productive – I get my highlights and make recipe videos. Dozer gets his pats.

More FILIPINO food pls! I would love to see recipes for Chicken kare kare, pancit canton, and pancit malabon or palabok.
P.S. You are so awesome. Thank you for working so hard and for being so thorough in your recipes. You deserve all your success!
YUM!!! N x
Please- a good pork Tamales recipe would be amazing!
I love your recipes. I look at your blog to make my weekly meal plan for 6 hungry people.
Penne alla vodka
Trying to get my teenager sons to eat 1) healthy salads, without fattening dressings that pack a flavoursome punch.
2)STATISTICALLY THIS IS A MASSIVE ISSUE FOR MANY AUSTRALIANS 5 serves of veggies daily is the dietary recommendation.
Our Family is not big on salads or veggie smoothies, raw veggies don’t cut it for teenage boys school lunch. Would luv daily planner to ensure 5 serves everyday. Hidden veggies????
Hi I love your website and use it all the time. My friends and I would love you to recreate the fancy tuna dip you can get in the Eastern Suburbs. It’s the one with mayonnaise and other ingredients that we can’t figure out.
As for other recipes, menu ideas for dinner parties or cocktail parties would be terrific too.
I would like a recipe for shrimp creole. Preferably one with a roux. The first I ever had was in a southern college dining room. It seemed lighter that the versions with roux. Tried, but just don’t seem to get it quite right. Maybe the seasonings?
Sorry. Meant to say “without a roux”. Was concentrating so hard on the spelling, that I mistyped.
Sorry. Meant to say “without a roux”
Nagi, from one non-banana lover to another: you’re a genius, and your recipes are always delicious! If you have a recipe for Thai curry puffs & basil fried rice, I’d love to see it. Thank you!
Hi Nagi
We love your recipes. Thank you for the opportunity to place requests.
I recently had an amazing Tomato Tarte Tatin, and would love to be able to make this at home. The flavours were beautiful.
A recipe for this and other savoury Tart recipes for easy entertaining, picnics etc would be great.
Hi Nagi,
I would love to see a Thai Panang Curry please. Good Thai food is hard to find where I live and your pad Thai is devine
Hi Nagi, can’t tell you how grateful I am to have you in our lives! My son came home from o/s followed shortly after by my daughter & her partner so our home expanded and everyone was looking for different things to share for dinners. Your website made it fun and yum, we would say what recipetin are we having tonight. Your philosophy on food – fast, creative, clever and fresh is just what we love. I guess the one I would ask you for is freezer food so we can make on a day off and freeze for later. Thanks again, Monica x
Hi Nagi, I love your website and recipes. I’d love to learn how to make a plaited loaf (Challah). Thank you!

Honey King Prawns, Honey King Prawns, Honey King Prawns… Did I mention Honey King Prawns?
On your 14/8/2020 mail out you wrote
“Built To Last Honey Prawns project. Getting there….)” Are we there yet???
It’s on my list! N x
Hi Nagi, thank you for providing such a fabulous website! We have Nagi nights nearly every week and in 2021 plan to have a Nagi feast where everyone brings one of your meals – yum! I have just purchased a pressure cooker, so would love some inspiring recipes. Keep smiling and doing what you do so well. Thanks again! ❤
Hi Nagi, firstly, thank you for your wonderful website – I LOVE your recipes and luckily so does my family! I would like to see menu planning. I am trying to live with a budget this year and instead of ordering those meal boxes which I resorted to last year due to “what-do-we-eat-for-dinner” fatigue, I would love a 5 meal plan (with your recipes!) each week with a shopping list. I’d probably even be willing to pay for something like this just to save myself from spending my precious leisure time every weekend working this out myself 🙂 And they would need to be recipes that can be done in 30-45 minutes at the end of a long busy day in the office. Thank you!
Great idea Catherine! N x
I’d love to see more tips on things like “the best way to” boil an egg, bake a potato, ect… The little secrets that make cooking a pleasure. Thanks Nagi for all your wonderful recipes that are delicious! I spend a lot of my time saving recipes to try! Always SO good!!
I would love more creative dog recipes and some for no protein, no egg recipes for dogs(My friend has an old dog), and easy recipes. thank you!
Hi Nagi,
Your recipes are AMAZING!
I recently bought a Thai Wild Rice & Coconut Salad from Aldi which can be found with other pre made salads in the vege section. I would love you to replicate it as it’s delicious Xx
Hmm! Sounds interesting – and just my type actually 😂 I’ll have to drop by and check it out! N x
