More to come! Lots, lots, lots more…. – Nagi x

Request a recipe!
I spend an inordinate amount of time deciding which recipes to share.
My biggest problem is that there are so many recipes I want to share, things that get me doing the jiggy because it’s so good but then before I dash off to film and photograph the recipe, I pause and think – will my readers get excited about this too?? Will they really go and try this?
It’s always interesting when I publish a new recipe to see how many people read it. After 4 years of blogging (that’s middle aged in Internet terms!), you’d think I’d be able to get it right 100% of the time.
And mostly, I can.
I knew you’d love the Sticky Honey Mustard Drumsticks and go bonkers over the Pad Thai and Tikka Masala. I didn’t expect you’d be clamouring for the Quiche Lorraine or Avocado Dip, and I guessed right. 🙂
But other times, you surprise me! I did not expect such an amazing response to the Homemade Pastrami from last Friday, nor that the Garlic Butter Kale Rice would become such a firm favourite!

And after all those hours of contemplating what recipes I think you want, it finally dawned on me: Why don’t I ask you??
DUH!
And so, here we are. Finally – because it took me so ridiculously to arrive at this point – FINALLY I’m asking you:
WHAT RECIPES DO YOU WANT ME TO SHARE?
Drop your requests in the comments section below!
Be as specific or as general as you want. I just ask 2 simple things:
-
Please do a quick little Search to see if I’ve already shared it!
-
No banana anything! It’s the only normal thing I can’t stand. Awful, smelly, slimy things that they are!?
{UPDATE: Scroll to the top for a list of requested recipes that I have published!}
I obviously can’t promise that I’ll share every recipe requested, being that I’m just one person who does need to sleep on occasion! But I’ll certainly share the most requested ones, and I’ll regularly pop back here when I’m planning my recipe calendar.

LIFE OF DOZER
Hairdresser appointments are always extremely productive – I get my highlights and make recipe videos. Dozer gets his pats.

I’m just starting a keto journey so would love love love you to do some keto friendly recipes and desserts listing the amount of net carbs for the recipes
Hi Nagi,
I love your recipies!!
Another recipe request from me please 😊.
I live quite far from El Jannah and love their chicken. Would love to have a recipe where I can make something similar at home with my oven!
Thanks so much!!
Hi Nagi
I would like to see more vegetarian options, Buddha bowl ideas, and a Kimchi recipe and any other fermented foods recipes . By the way, I have written you in the past 2-3 times but never received a reply. Thanks!
I wrote to you a while back but never heard anything in return as I am sure you are busy. I would like to see a few Jewish Holiday recipes – not just chicken soup. Kugel – noodle and potato, potato latkes (pancakes) honey cake, brisket,
passover cookies – not just classics but perhaps a fresh take on the classics – although classics are great too.
It’s so funny you asked for this! I was just talking about this with a friend the other day – I want to do a Jewish Holiday week this year! N xx
Hi Nagi,
Would love a Chicken Tom Yum fried rice recipe please 😊 From scratch but also cheat ingredients as an alternative too. I always love it when you have tried and tested ready pastes from Coles/woolies/Asian supermarkets! xx
YUMM!!!! Love this idea! N x
Love your website. A slow cooker chicken drumstick recipe please
Clam chowder – possibly starting with a can and ‘unleveling’ with more clams, clam juice and potatoes. Thickening with some of the cooked potatoes mashed into the clam juice and adding heavy cream. I want to try that but don’t know which spices to use to take it over the top.
Coconut rice please 😃
Hi there, there is already an excellent coconut rice recipe, you can find it in the search bar.
Tempura
This is available on nagi’s mother’s website – recipe tin Japan.
More desserts, please! Your chocolate torte, orange torte and chocolate zuch bread were to die for!!! More Dozier, too!
I would love to bak3 Portuguese tarts – do you have a recipe. I have used so many of your recipes and have told friends to watch out for your great recipes xxx
Ooohhhhh I worked so hard on this in 2020 during COVID! I just couldn’t get happy with it. It’s so hard to get the splotchy brown without a ridiculously sweet custard, or burning the pastry. You really need a commercial oven with higher temp!! N x
I love your green curry recipe; any way you could make a thai mussel recipe? I checked out your reg mussel recipe and it’s quite easy to follow just like all your posts. I love that you can make a variety of food from all over the world.
kfc wicked wings please!!! or is there a way we can easily adapt your incredible fried chicken recipe?
Hi Anne Marie, you can make the KFC recipe and for a Hot & Spicy version – just add 2 tsp cayenne pepper into the breading! That will give it a nice buzz (but won’t blow your head off) – N x
Speculoos/Biscoff blondies without white chocolate chips please 🙂 Thank you!
Banana bread
Shanghai dumplings!!! The ones with the soup inside!!!
Xiao long bao!!! One of my favourites!! N x
I cannot wait to see this one!! I will be on the lookout for it.
I would like to request:-
Kimchi
Peanut dressing for salads
japchae
Congee
Tempura
Veg sukiyaki
Tofu teriyaki with vegetables
Ramen
Kimchi rice
All vegetarian versions!!
OOH! I like your list 🙂 I have ham congee – because the ham bone makes a brilliant stock for congee (it’s a real Chinese congee). https://wellness-better.today/chinese-ham-bone-rice-soup-congee/%3C/a%3E%3C/p%3E
You will find the Japanese recipes on my mum’s website -> http://japan.recipetineats.com
And a ridiculously addictive peanut sauce for salads is in this recipe -> https://wellness-better.today/chinese-chicken-salad-with-asian-peanut-salad-dressing/#wprm-recipe-container-24734%3C/a%3E%3C/p%3E
Thanks for the great recipes. They help me with confidence cooking. So Helpful ! I would love you to publish a recipe for custard slice like you get at the cake shops with sao or other base/top , thick custard centre and passionfruit vanilla icing, or something similar !
Hi Nagi, I would love to see a recipe for croissants and pain au chocolats. Currently in lockdown so haven’t been able to buy the freshly baked ones. Thanks x
Hi Nagi
Thanks for great, accessible recipes from all the cuisines we love! Extra bonus is that you’re also in Australia! You are our go to for everything we want to make!
I was surprised that there was no recipe for Peking duck pancakes – any chance you have one to share? (Cooked duck is pretty accessible in Melbourne, so even just your go to pancake recipe with accompaniments would be great!)
Also, with lunar new year around the corner, do you have a bak kwa recipe?
Thanks so much!
