More to come! Lots, lots, lots more…. – Nagi x

Request a recipe!
I spend an inordinate amount of time deciding which recipes to share.
My biggest problem is that there are so many recipes I want to share, things that get me doing the jiggy because it’s so good but then before I dash off to film and photograph the recipe, I pause and think – will my readers get excited about this too?? Will they really go and try this?
It’s always interesting when I publish a new recipe to see how many people read it. After 4 years of blogging (that’s middle aged in Internet terms!), you’d think I’d be able to get it right 100% of the time.
And mostly, I can.
I knew you’d love the Sticky Honey Mustard Drumsticks and go bonkers over the Pad Thai and Tikka Masala. I didn’t expect you’d be clamouring for the Quiche Lorraine or Avocado Dip, and I guessed right. 🙂
But other times, you surprise me! I did not expect such an amazing response to the Homemade Pastrami from last Friday, nor that the Garlic Butter Kale Rice would become such a firm favourite!

And after all those hours of contemplating what recipes I think you want, it finally dawned on me: Why don’t I ask you??
DUH!
And so, here we are. Finally – because it took me so ridiculously to arrive at this point – FINALLY I’m asking you:
WHAT RECIPES DO YOU WANT ME TO SHARE?
Drop your requests in the comments section below!
Be as specific or as general as you want. I just ask 2 simple things:
-
Please do a quick little Search to see if I’ve already shared it!
-
No banana anything! It’s the only normal thing I can’t stand. Awful, smelly, slimy things that they are!?
{UPDATE: Scroll to the top for a list of requested recipes that I have published!}
I obviously can’t promise that I’ll share every recipe requested, being that I’m just one person who does need to sleep on occasion! But I’ll certainly share the most requested ones, and I’ll regularly pop back here when I’m planning my recipe calendar.

LIFE OF DOZER
Hairdresser appointments are always extremely productive – I get my highlights and make recipe videos. Dozer gets his pats.

Indian Lamb Meatballs in Curry Sauce
It doesn’t get any better than this. The meatballs are so tender and full of flavorl!
That sounds delicious! I second that recipe idea!
I would love to get a recipe for a Pho soup made with turkey legs.
Thanks! Some of the recipes you posted I have made and they come out very well.
My partner complained about the crockpot lamb leg because it didn’t have any pink meat left
but that was the only exception.
Hi Nagi,

Tasty marinate sauce for grilling chicken, pork or beef please?

jiggly japanese cotton cheesecake please!!!
Hi. This is Yumiko, Nagi’s mother here. I am currently working on Japanese baked cheese cake so hopefully, I can post a recipe on my blog site, RecipeTin Japan soon.
I’ve made quite a number of your recipes and they almost always get added to my personal cookbooks for repeat appearances. My suggestions – more slow cooker recipes, variations on your oven baked chicken and rice (love not needing to pre-brown the chicken) and other one pot meals. I am lactose intolerant, so dairy free would be an added bonus.
Thanks so much for all you do!
Ditto on the lactose intolerance and request for Dairy Free recipes! I would also love to get your spin on more meatless meals!
Hi Nagi,
Love your recipes and your sense of humor.
I have stopped eating red meat, but love meatloaf. Do you have some delicious recipes using turkey or pork?
Thanks,
Anya
Hi Nagi
I had squid and seaweed soup in Taiwan a long time ago and always remember it but haven’t ever seen it on a menu or recipe. It was made using pork bones for stock (they were still in the tin). Have you ever come across this dish?
Hi Naggi!!! thank you from all your wonderful recipes!
Greetings from Peru =)
I just wanted to say hi because I’m sure any recipe you share will be a good one.
Hello Nagi,
I would like you to share an easy and simple recipe for Chinese Chilly pork with vegetables.
Thanks
Do you have a recipe for Cantonese fried noodles?
Hello Nagi, I’m tipping that when you posted this you didn’t anticipate getting over 300 comments in 24 hours! I think you’ll have enough recipe ideas for 40 more years of blogging.
My request is for more easy red meat and chicken dinners that are full of flavour and use ingredients you have at hand. I love you receipts for classics and basic techniques that can be adapted. For example I love your chicken stew, the gravy is amazing I had been looking for a recipe like it for ages, I adapt your receipe by using skin off chicken thigh fillets and cooking on the stove top. I am sorry but my partner don’t like chicken skin! I also love your amazing oven baked meatball technique that makes the most delicious moist meatball, I use this technique to make curried meatballs and Turkish meatball casserole (Izmir Koster). The satay sauce from your Indonesian style chicken satay is also fantastic and I use it to make satay chicken pizza. So more of the same please. Thanks Heidi
Kakuni!!
Hi. This is Yumiko, Nagi’s mother here. In my blog, RecipeTin Japan, you will find Kakuni recipe!
Hi! Nagi
Melting moment cookies (any variety).
Lamb roganjosh PLEASE Nagi!
Hi Nagi
I like all your recipes 💞
If you have any good recipe for hot pot (using local ingredients), It would be nice. Maybe spicy option and non spicy like Chinese?
Asako
Hi Nagi, what a great idea! I know you have done chicken pot pie but was hoping for a chicken deep dish pie, with pastry from scratch and the pie itself about 5cm or more high. I saw a recipe once that looked awesome but could never find it again. This kind of pie usually has less liquid I think, to help it stay formed??
BTW I have tried a few of your recipes (pinned many more for later!) and they work 100% of the time for me, and always taste great. I love how you experiment with different alternatives to find the right one, saves many a kitchen disaster for me😄 thank you for sharing your wisdom and expertise!
