More to come! Lots, lots, lots more…. – Nagi x

Request a recipe!
I spend an inordinate amount of time deciding which recipes to share.
My biggest problem is that there are so many recipes I want to share, things that get me doing the jiggy because it’s so good but then before I dash off to film and photograph the recipe, I pause and think – will my readers get excited about this too?? Will they really go and try this?
It’s always interesting when I publish a new recipe to see how many people read it. After 4 years of blogging (that’s middle aged in Internet terms!), you’d think I’d be able to get it right 100% of the time.
And mostly, I can.
I knew you’d love the Sticky Honey Mustard Drumsticks and go bonkers over the Pad Thai and Tikka Masala. I didn’t expect you’d be clamouring for the Quiche Lorraine or Avocado Dip, and I guessed right. 🙂
But other times, you surprise me! I did not expect such an amazing response to the Homemade Pastrami from last Friday, nor that the Garlic Butter Kale Rice would become such a firm favourite!

And after all those hours of contemplating what recipes I think you want, it finally dawned on me: Why don’t I ask you??
DUH!
And so, here we are. Finally – because it took me so ridiculously to arrive at this point – FINALLY I’m asking you:
WHAT RECIPES DO YOU WANT ME TO SHARE?
Drop your requests in the comments section below!
Be as specific or as general as you want. I just ask 2 simple things:
-
Please do a quick little Search to see if I’ve already shared it!
-
No banana anything! It’s the only normal thing I can’t stand. Awful, smelly, slimy things that they are!?
{UPDATE: Scroll to the top for a list of requested recipes that I have published!}
I obviously can’t promise that I’ll share every recipe requested, being that I’m just one person who does need to sleep on occasion! But I’ll certainly share the most requested ones, and I’ll regularly pop back here when I’m planning my recipe calendar.

LIFE OF DOZER
Hairdresser appointments are always extremely productive – I get my highlights and make recipe videos. Dozer gets his pats.

This is such a fantastic idea Nagi! I was thinking the other day that I wish you did reader recipe requests – I was trying to find a recipe on your blog for panna cotta but couldn’t find it so I made your brownies and peanut butter cookies instead. My wish list is:
– Chimichangas
– Authentic green curry
– Salt and pepper calamari
– Panna cotta
– Tiramisu
– Gingerbread
Thanks in advance!
Also, great to see that Dozer is recuperating so well 🙂
Here’s Nagi’s Tiramisu ! https://wellness-better.today/easy-tiramisu/%3C/a%3E%3C/p%3E
Maple bacon bourbon chicken wings please! I make this myself using my own recipe, but i would love to see what you could come up with 🙂
When we go out I love the sizzling Mongolian beef or any yummy broth type soup. I agree bananas are blah!!!
Hi Nagi
Thanks for all your recipes, so easy to use and always work out.😀
Many years ago I had a beautiful non bake except the base rum cheese cake but have lost it.
Hope you are able to help out.
Thank you
Kathy
Hi Nagi,
Would love any of the following:
– Seafood chowder
– Lobster bisque
– Creamy lobster butter sauce
You rock!
Hi Nagi,
Would love a basic cake recipe that has a few different varieties from the one basic mix.
I love your site and dozer is just fantastic.Keep up the awesome work you do.
Thanks Nagi.
What color is Dozer going??? Glad to see he is looking so well after his operation. Love his cake.
I was so excited about your offer ……… and then I read about the bananas ( to be honest I’m not sure there are actually bananas in this recipe. We had it from a roadside stall at Erawan falls in Thailand).
Then I remembered my all time favourite, that is hard to find, and I think goes by many names (I couldn’t find it amongst your recipes). I know it as Char Hor Fun – egg noodles in egg gravy – yummy. Do you know it. The simple version would do me fine – Ive made enquiries at Asian grocers and I constantly get “oooohhh your making that!!! very hard to make!” Whats your take????
By the way, if you are curious about the Thai dish – it was served to us in a coconut, in a coconut milk (?) And I think it was like pancake pieces (or roti???) in the sauce. All I could understand was that it was very easy to make with egg, sugar and milk???? So its a dessert – we had it warm – any ideas?????
Thanks
Diana
I would love a tried-and-true baked salmon tarator, a selection of dishes that use poached chicken (like you have for pork carnitas) and more pressure cooker dishes.
An easy hai nan chicken would be amazing!!! My favourite comfort food 🙂
I concur I would love a quick and easy Hainanese chicken rice recipe.
Your poached chicken breast with ginger shallot sauce and chilli sauce is good, I add some sliced ginger, garlic and Chinese cooking wine to the poaching liquid and stir some of the reserved poaching liquid through rice before serving.
https://wellness-better.today/foolproof-poached-chicken-breast-with-ginger-shallot-sauce%3C/a%3E%3Cbr /> But it does not quite have the complexity of flavor of Hainanese chicken rice.
You’re recipies are great but is it possible if you give us a recipe of Biryani. Thanks
Hi Nagi, I recently found your website and have been referring to it constantly for ideas now.
I would love it if you could include some spicy crab recipes. And my daughters favourite, chicken nacho’s!
Many thanks
Yvonne
Hi Nagi
Thanks for the opportunity to participate with you and your recipes.
Chinese Braised (slow cooked) Duck? (Sai Woo Aap) This was a dish my Grandmother and Mom made regularly.
Denis
Hi Nagi!
Chicken KORMA for sure! And/or Beef Massaman!
Ooh la laaaa 😋
Hi Nagi.
Sri Lankan chicken curry or a Sri Lankan style dish.
Hi Nagi, your recipes are amazing, out of this world! I would love a recipe for Kari Ayam, Malaysian chicken curry or Massaman beef curry! The recipes I have tried have not worked. But every single one of your recipes have work!
Hey Nagi, it would be awesome if you could do a recipe for croissants.. I have been looking for a good recip and I know you would do a great one.
I am still playing ketchup with all your recipes 🙂
But I would like to know how in the world to make green beans like the Asian restaurants..
The buffet is closed now.. but they called them steamed green bean.. and they had a smoky flavor..
There was no meat in them to give them a smoky flavor.. but I believe they had a bit of onion..
I love the flavor of pork fried rice.. and green bean.. but can’t figure how they do it..
I would love to see any low fat recipes you may have in future posts..
Thanks Nagi 🙂
Hi Nagi, thanks for asking 🙂 Would love to see you making a vegetarian Japanese curry rice dish.
Cheers,
Hi. This is Yumiko, Nagi’s mother here. I posted Japanese Curry recipe in my blog, RecipeTin Japan but I have not done a vegetarian version. I’d have to work on it. I will add this to my ‘to do’ list.
I could use a nice recipe for beef negamaki. Thanks, Nani!
Hi. This is Yumiko, Nagi’s mother here. I have a similar dish to beef negimaki in my recipe blog, RecipeTin Japan. My recipe is called Beef Rolls with Asparagus. If you replace asparagus with scallions, I think it will become very close to what you are after. Blanch scallions before rolling.
Thank you, Yumiko.
Hi Nagi,
What a brilliant idea!..
Would like more slow cooker recipes, WITH A TWIST! – something completely different than just a chicken/beef/lamb
curry, or casserole, roast etc…
I am enjoying all your recipes Nagi.
Look forward to your feedback.
Cheers
Tracy xo
